THALASSA Marine research was entrusted by the IUCN (Internation Union for Conservation of Nature) the promotion of the governance toolkit developed in the European project FishMPABlue 2. We organized a webinar in the Zoom platform, entitled “Adopting a Governance Toolkit for Small-Scale fisheries in Mediterranean MPAs”, on the 9th October 2019. Invited speakers were Dr. Kate Hogg, marine conservation consultant and Dr. Nathan Bennet, a world renowned researcher on marine governance, from the University of British Columbia. A total of 89 individuals registered previous to the date and 56 joined the webinar live from 18 countries.
